We are currently delving into WHO WE ARE. We talked about the differences between beliefs and values and identified the values that are most important to us as individuals as well as a class. Honesty, Respect and Self-Control were the values that were most important to us as a class. This is a very important time for our class as we spend valuable time discussing different things.We talked about what exhibition is and what it isn't, and established norms. Here are just few we would like to share:
- Exhibition is NOT a project.
- Exhibition is NOT a competition.
- Exhibition is student driven.
- Exhibition is a show case, the students are the jewels.
- This Exhibition is an inquiry into who we are.
- I (Mrs. Gilboa) doesn't know what we are doing, and were we are going, but will guide us through the process.
- As we "peel the onion" and find out who we are, we should show our RESPECT to one another and never laugh or ridicule a friend for who they are.
- We want to feel comfortable to expose and talk.
- We want to find our gifts and talents.
- We want to find our strengths and weakness.
